Public data corrections and general feedback
Use the community discussion page for non-sensitive feedback about a score, player identity, ranking input or page behavior. Posting requires an account. This is a public discussion channel: other visitors may be able to read what you post, and it is not a private support ticket.
Describe the issue using the template below. A clear source and timestamp make a correction easier to investigate. There is no guaranteed response time, and posting a report does not mean the issue has already been fixed.

Private account and privacy requests
A verified private contact channel has not yet been configured. Do not post your password, API keys, email address, personal documents or sensitive account details in public discussion. The site operator needs to provide a private route before those requests can be handled appropriately.
The former support address was not confirmed as an operating inbox. Email is intentionally left off until the operator verifies a private contact route.
