1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using Pick 6 Labs ("Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Service.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (twenty-one (21) in certain states or regions), to create an account or participate in Pick 6 Labs features. By accessing or registering for the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Nature of Predictions, Models & Sports Data

Our proprietary predictive engine ("The Mind"), win probabilities, confidence scores, point spreads, over/under totals, and analytical matchup ratings are generated through statistical simulations, historical regressions, and algorithmic models.

• No Guarantee of Accuracy: Sports events involve substantial unpredictability, human variability, injuries, and weather impacts. Probabilistic projections never guarantee future sporting outcomes.
• No Financial or Betting Advice: Content on Pick 6 Labs does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or gambling advice. Any decision by a user to place a real-money wager with an external, licensed sportsbook is made solely at their own independent discretion and risk.
• Third-Party Odds & Data: Live scores, play-by-play telemetry, and consensus sports betting odds are aggregated from third-party feeds for product demonstration. While we strive for real-time fidelity, delays or inaccuracies may occur.

4. Simulated Pick'em & Gamification Features

The Pick 6 Labs Pick'em Hub, Streak Tracker, and Trophy Room are gamified community features provided free of charge:

• Simulated picks, "units," and trophy badges possess no cash, real-world, or monetary value.
• Virtual badges, streaks, and leaderboard ranks cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for real currency or prizes unless explicitly stated in official promotional terms.
• We reserve the right to audit, correct, or adjust community leaderboard points in cases of technical scoring glitches or schedule cancellations.

5. User Accounts & Security

When registering an account, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify Pick 6 Labs immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Using automated crawlers, scrapers, or bots that impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our server infrastructure.
• Attempting to bypass authentication safeguards, probe API vulnerabilities, or reverse-engineer the proprietary code of Pick 6 Labs.
• Impersonating another user, administrator, or brand representative.
• Submitting malicious code, exploits, or viruses to the Service.
• Using the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose under applicable state, federal, or international law.

7. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All original software code, algorithmic models, user interface designs, logos, graphics, and editorial content created by Pick 6 Labs are the exclusive intellectual property of Pick 6 Labs.

Disclaimer of Affiliation: National Football League (NFL), team nicknames, logos, player names, and uniform designs are registered trademarks of the NFL and its member teams. ESPN, DraftKings, FanDuel, and other mentioned entities are trademarks of their respective holders. The use of these trademarks on Pick 6 Labs is strictly for nominative reference, editorial reporting, and identification purposes, and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, PICK 6 LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PICK 6 LABS, ITS FOUNDERS, OR OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR WAGERING LOSSES INCURRED AT THIRD-PARTY OPERATORS.
